Randomness is becoming too common
I truly like randomness. I live in it. But I just can't stand how popular it is and how its true nature is being degraded. Everybody these days has some blog with a subtitle including "random" and every other Facebook album is random "photos." It's not that I think that my randomness is better than others, necessarily. It's just that randomness can only be fully appreciated against a backdrop of order and normalcy. The pervasive spread of "randomness" as a trend is debasing quality randomness.
