The last 90 days have been quite radical in our life. Our view of life has changed, our understanding of parenting has taken on experiential (though limited) reality, our son exists! And they have been foundational days for his life- learning to see, eat, sleep, sit, almost stand, smile. They've probably been more important to his existence than ours, but he will never remember them. Oh, but we will.
A consistent reminder that keeps popping up: Just when we think we know what he's thinking or why he does what he does, it changes.
Lesson: There's very little to be absolutely certain of at this age, save for a God who knows all.
