This is a uniquely formatted book outlining the concept of a Christian Education specialist. I'm not particularly in favor of a compartmentalization of the education in our church, but the need exists to administer the ministries that educated well.
I also appreciated the essays following every chapter, written by pastors in different-sized churches around the country. It's helpful to read of their strategies (albeit somewhat outdated) in administration.
